Sunday fishin

Post by redfishrangler »

Went on out to try my luck yesterday. Got there at sunrise a little before low tide headed out to the shallow flats. Started off a little slow just a few trout here and there. After the tides changed and water temp came up a little bit that started to change. Trout were spread out but there were pockets of them spread around. When we found one we found several right beside it. Ended up with 15 or so trout and several macks. All in 2-3 foot of water.

Attaboy!, Redfishranger.
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

Sure is surprising of all the reports that are catching spanish mackerel with the water temps still in the lower 60s. God job with the trout, how was the wind?
