Econfina 3/31

Post by ugadawg »

Went down to Econfina on Monday. Got on the water at 11 and had our limit by 2. It was a bit slow at first, but once we found the spot, we could have limited out in 15 minutes. Probably ended the day catching over 40 slot sized fish. Nothing big, but we gave up counting all the 16 and 17 inch trout that we were catching. For about half an hour around high tide, we were catching a keeper every cast. Water was really stained, and the depth finder doesn't work so I didn't record the depth. Thank goodness springtime is here.

Sweet!
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.
