Econfina weekend trip 4/25-4/27y

I got invited by my buddy Ryan to go for a guys weekend trip to Econfina with a group total of 9 guys on 3 boats. We got there about 6:30 Friday morning and head out the river with a very swift current at the landing. Water was 74 and very stained almost like a tea and black coffee mix. It was overcast most of the morning. Fished with mainly gulps with some under CTs and had a nice 3 person limit of trout by 10 on Friday so we started trying to find hat ever else we could add to the cooler or have fun catching. And Friday we wound up with a nice Spanish that was 27 inches to the fork with a shark bite on the side as Ryan was reeling him in. overall here is the catch for Friday. and we were headed off the water by 1:30. Not too many pictures for Saturday but several boats had the same idea we did. it was a little slower on Saturday but wound up with a nice limit of trout and a few flounder had a three person limit by about 12 on Saturday and headed back in to clean them all. Here is a 2 day 2 boat picture of what we caught. Sunday was beautiful on the water, slick calm and fish were biting at the spot. we had a nice limit of trout and a few more flounder by 10 and we headed back in.

I hit the create button too fast. All in all it was a great trip. Headed back to GA and had the boat and rest of the fish cleaned by 5:30!!

Yep it was a sweet trip! I hate that you weren't able to go. I have to get the points off the boat gps bc for some reason during the trip my handheld gps wouldn't work.
