How is it out of Panacea over to Shell Point area? Is it getting clear out from Lanark? Tired of black water.

Redbelly, you must be sight fishing?

I've found dark water out fishes clear water around Spring Warrior. If you know where fish usually are from past experience they will more than likely be there even when the water is dark. The game is "hide and seek" and dark water does add a "humble" factor to the hunt.

My theory is "find them and they'll bite".

I just want to see the bottom, the grass, and the sand again.

Amen to that Redbelly! I would also like to know what it looks like :) Kind of like fishing in the dark.
but don't know it it matters much unless sight fishing. We've had excellent catches the past several months. Limiting out in just a few hours on good size trout but not as large as last year. We release all the 15" one unless just a hair away from 16". It's been fun!
