Another Gator Recipe

So this weekend we tried another use for gator. Ground up a pound of gator chunks with a couple slices of bacon, then mixed in "Mural of Flavor" that Penzeys Spices sells and made gator burger patties.

Grilled them up with pineapple slices and made a cheeseburger with it....potato rolls, some spicy mayo, swiss cheese, a slice of fresh grilled pineapple, with just a little drizzle of honey and the gator burger patty. OOOOOHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD it was deeeelicious :smt007 :lick: :smt007 :lick:
