Scallop Season
Will not open this year due to all the Georgia people that come down and catch all the fish, win all your tournaments, and most important of all can back a boat in the water on the first try. So I would say save your gas money and go to the casino in Gretna, cause you will have a better chance to win there than to catch a scallop!

They can back it down on the first try...that's easy. Its removing the straps and putting the plug before launching that gives em trouble.

They just forget to do that because the man in front of him loads 10 people on a 5 person capacity boat.

It is also best to go All In with 72 off, especially when playing against my raise. TY for your consideration.CairoTrout wrote:Will not open this year due to all the Georgia people that come down and catch all the fish, win all your tournaments, and most important of all can back a boat in the water on the first try. Re: Scallop Season
You are right CT, but why do us GA boys have to show the FL natives how to do it all the time? Boats that haven't been cranked since this time last year will be drug out of the bushes to clog the ramps tomorrow. The boat ramps will be turned into mechanic shops. Think I'll stay home and let them all figure out there aren't any scallops down there anyway. Should be a lot less traffic next weekend once the word spreads around.
Btw, CT lets get together and fish another tourney soon. Those FL boys money always spends better!!!

Yeah Cairo, you Bulldogs are real good at backing down boat ramps, but how hard can it be to back down the middle of a two-sided boat ramp? And as to catching all our fish, that's because here in Florida we honor the legal limits; we don't generally fill up two coolers with triple-limits of undersized trout and rat reds. We live here and we care about our fishery. When are y'all gonna replace Mark "can't win the big game" Richt anyway?

Any reports from Keaton? St Marks? Port St Joe?

Re: Scallop Season
Y'all boys net more undersized trout in Franklin county than the whole state Georgia keeps in a year. And we back trailers way better! If you can back a peanut wagon you can back a boat trailer blind folded. And who cares about football especially the one hit wonder FSU.

Heard some GA boys loaded the boat with scallops at Keaton today, while the FL boys were still struggling to back down the rampredbelly7 wrote:Any reports from Keaton? St Marks? Port St Joe?

Careful, you will be called out as a Florida hater.CairoTrout wrote:Will not open this year due to all the Georgia people that come down and catch all the fish, win all your tournaments, and most important of all can back a boat in the water on the first try.
