Put this # in your GPS (BIG GRASS ISLAND n29'44.40 w83'34.40) Look for the flotilla. Also here is a fun place to play at low tide. ( NINE MILE SANDBAR n29'41.10 w83'34.60) The thin needle grass with the orange moss is best for scallops. :-D We'll be down friday. Search my scallop posts I have underwater pics of it. Good luck

You picked a good day. That "swarm" (news media  ) of sharks that was in Pensacola the other day should be there by then also! :o

Have fun. You got more guts than I do fighting the "swarm" of once a year boaters that will be there, I think I would prefer the sharks.....Good Luck!

I am not kidding when I mention there was hundreds of boats out there. The first flotilla to the left we did the best of the day. I got very close to limiting out. Between three people we almost limited out each, but the competition was fierce and the man was waiting at the dock back in. :o

Glad you did well. How deep did you find them?

We never saw the man at all on the 4th which is really strange. We were finding them in the same depth. At times they were at arms length. Did not even have to dive.
