At my house in Tally we recorded over 10 inches this last week. I expect that the rivers and creeks are flowing fast and pushing the reds out.
So any suggestions where to fish? I usually fish Ochlocknee River at this time of year.

Don't be afraid to try reds in muddy water. A spot to try for trout , rock bass and grunts would be st marks reef with live shrimp.

How far do you want to travel?
We went to JR's this morning intending to fish the Aucilla. After talking with him, we headed down to Spring Warrior. The water there is dark, but if you run toward Dekle Beach it clears up. We caught fish around Dekle and Keaton.

Re: where to fish after the rain
My buddy went to the St. Mark's river on Christmas and didn't catch anything. My guess is I'll be in the mouth of the creeks you can try fishing there. More worse than the rain is The cold and warm weather fluctuations.
