Great trick for Rip Tide trolling motor owners!

Post by randymullaly »

After almost falling out of the boat trying to pull up my foot controlled trolling motor up (the kind that has the swivel point at the base of the mount on the bow of the boat) I came up with an idea that REALLY WORKS GREAT! Clean the shaft with a magic eraser and dawn detergent (this gets all the rubber residue off the shaft)
then spray the shaft with Armor All. Now it comes up with little to no effort at all.Slicker than poop thru a goose…... Give it a try and see what you think!
