aucilla or econfina river

Has anyone fished either of these areas lately?
Hope to make a trip down this week any information
will help. want to run boat if nothing else.I really NEED to
see salt water. Thanks

Last I heard, the Aucilla boat ramp was closed for construction, so that should narrow it down a little for you. Fishing has been hit and miss, due to the weather changing so quickly.

Side creeks just west of main river at Econfina River St Park were very kind to me last Saturday on a blown out tide. Water temp is definitely warm enough for reds and trout in the shallow troughs now.
