Any Perry Anglers Know Russ Knight?

Any of you anglers over in Perry know Russ Knight? I'm trying to get in touch with him, but the number that comes up under Russ Knight Plumbing has a voicemail for a female that does something with alcohol/beverages or something like that. Try gulf Coast plumbing that's where he works next to big bend marine.
