Well 1st report for the year for me. Poor boat not been wet since August. Got launched around 11:00 and had to to jump a fellows boat off at the dock. He said what I owe you? I said nothing just do it for someone else in need when you can. So we head off down the canal. Image. Image. At least the motor is running good. We hear Spring Warrior Is the place to be so we head on north. The water was 69-73 degrees today. First cast this. . .Image. I'm thinking alright their biting. . . . .NOT. We fished clear water, dirty water, shallow, and deep. NADA. Still great to be out on the water though. Image. Image. And what trip is complete without a fishing selfie lol. Image. Welby was down and fishing another area he did better than we did. We wound up with 2 trout and a Spanish. Came in when it looked like bad weather to this at the ramp. Image. Took and hour to get out. Still a great day.
