Thinking about purchasing the Garmin 547xs with Chirp transducer. I fish flats to grouper grounds offshore, and want to see fish and structure. I have been using a Garmin combo unit and it is getting unstable after these nine years. I like the Garmin interface and I will be able to copy my numbers right over.
Anyone purchased this unit with Chirp or have and opinion on Chirp technology?
