Hydrowave

Post by hambric85 »

I've been contemplating on weather or not to use my amazon points I've saved up and get one of these things. Has anyone here used one and do they work? Thanks

My business partner here at Meridian is a tournament bass fisherman. He has tried them and says that, like most everything else in fishing, sometimes they work great and really seem to help, and sometimes they don't.

I haven't talked to anybody who has tried them on the inshore saltwater fishing.

I had to look it up....
What is the HydroWave?
Image
The HydroWave™ is a patented electronic sound device that emits the natural sounds of bait fish and predatory fish feeding on them. Together the sounds produce an instinctive response in nearby predatory fish such as large mouth bass and other predatory fish that can hear the sounds and feel the vibrations of the sound waves in the water. Predatory Fish include Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Sand Bass, Crappie, Stripers, Walleyes, Muskie, Channel Catfish and more. By hearing the sounds and feeling the vibrations the fish are drawn in the direction of the HydroWave more eager to strike bait. This device is intended to give fishermen a considerable advantage in catching a greater number of "keeper" fish.https://www.hydrowave.com/

I would guess it would attract every shark and catfish in the area, for saltwater use.

some of you know where I am employed. I would put the Hydrowave in the same category as 70% or more of the products we sell. It's designed to catch a fisherman.
What was I supposed to do today?

To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.
