Fishing Bait around St Marks?

Are there any good places around the shields area or on the way there to pick up some GOOD SIZE shrimp instead of ones that are about as small as 1 inch. Also is there somewhere where you can pick up live pinfish or finger mullet? Last but not least is there anywhere on St Marks out in the gulf where you can pull up and get something to drink and or some gas for the boat?

All the bait stores buy from the same people so chances are that if you only find small shrimp, that that's all they had or all they have left.
