Is this Pine Tree Dying

It looks like this pine's needles are prematurely tuning brown.. is this a concern? I only have one other one to go by and its definately half sick..

Looks like terminal attack of pine beetle. Sometimes you can hear the little boogers eating. See any sawdust at the base of the tree?

NO it is already DEAD . To be sure check for small holes on the trunk with sap running out , if their is you have a Dead tree, if their are other pines close by cut down the dead tree and move it and all limbs before the other trees become infested .

THE TREE IS ALREADY DEAD, JUST WAITING FOR A GOOD WIND TO BLOW IT DOWN ON YOUR HOUSE. WHAT HAS BEEN POSTED ABOVE, CUT IT DOWN AND BURN, CHECK OTHER TREES FOR SAP RUNING OUT OF THE MAIN TRUNK OF THE TREE, IF SO CUT THEM DOWN AND BURN THEM .
