Put in from the new ramp as the sun came up, fished til early afternoon. Caught about 1/ 2 dozen Redfish, one keeper. A shark, A couple Small trout and a bunch of catfish rounded things out. Used various plastic jigs & topwater plugs---live shrimp too. Tried all the usual spots west of the river within a couple of miles. The boat ran well & my fishin buddy brought a better lunch than I did---and shared!
Life is good even when the fishn is slow.

Re: Aucilla 9/25
Glad somebody posted a report from there, sorry for the slow bite. I have been wanting to go and fish the areas east of the river, over toward the mailbox and long point. It should be getting good there.
