Do you, after you have flushed your engine from running in salt water.
Do you disconnect while it is running, to empty the engine of gas.
I usually go out every week or two. Should I?
I did years ago. But, the outboards I now own have a clamped connection. They aren't intended to be disconected. I've never had a problem not burning the fuel out of the system. But, as you, I use my boats often, and it doesn't seem to cause a problem.

We have always unplugged ours after every outing.....I like the way the motor sounds out of the water, too....Your neighbors will appreciate it too ...
