Shimano Saros 4000 reel/Teramar rod

Post by GaryDroze »

Brand new Shimano Saros 4000 spinning reel and matching Teramar rod for sale. Won them in a tournament. Cheapest I could find them listed online was $139.99 (reel) and $119.99 (rod). I'll knock 35% off that, plus no tax!

Just picked up the brand new rod/reel from Cape Harbor Outfitters yesterday, so I can give more specifics on the Teramar spinning rod: 7 ft, medium power, fast action, rated for 6-15lb line, 1/4-5/8oz lures. $170 for the rod/reel together or $75/$95

If it is not sold by Nov 6, I will christen it in the Nov 7 NFGFC tourney. I've recently turned focus from live bait to artificials (to cover more water, more quickly), and this rig just begs to throw topwater and soft plastics.

Hang on to that nice gear, Gary and fish it. You definitely earned those prizes.

Besides, they'll last longer when you start taking them in the boat instead of through the mud.

Don't start throwing topwater around the creeks Gary, stick with the live bait and give the rest of us a chance!! GEEEEZZZZZ
