Dinner last night

Aucilla River redfish on the grill in lemon butter with blackening seasoning. Not true blackening but a lot easier to do and still good. My wife especially loves the redfish backs cooked this way.

That looks great - my wife likes it Grilled with Herbs de Provence and butter.
