Econfina 4-28

Post by Dubble Trubble »

Cindy and I put in at 11:00 am and headed out for the day. Bite started right off under heavy clouds. Cindy drew first blood with a small 8 inch flounder. Then we started catching trout, loads of them! All 12-14 inches (good sign for later on :-D ).

Also caught a mess of pinfish, seems one between each trout. Used some for bit, but all that bit them was sharks, so we stopped with them.

Wound up with 3 nice keepers for the day, those big ones are hiding.

There was thunder way off, but we were able to enjoy a nice, cool, breezy cloudy day!

Off the water at 7 PM.

Dubble, yall did about like we did at Keaton. Fished 6 hrs. and 3 nice keeper trout, loads of shorts. It was very windy so we couldn't go out as far as I wanted to.Glad you had a good day with the wife.
