Panacea 9/13

Post by FishingPadre »

Got out around 10am with a friend. First spot we tried was dead. Hit another one about an hour before high tide and immediately had a double hook-up, 21in and 19in redfish. Ended up with three more over the 30-45 mins, with another double hookup. The other three ended up around 19-20in range. Bite turned off pretty immediately around top of the tide.

Hey sorry for the delay. I was fishing with a gold spoon and my buddy was using a spinner bait (redfish magic imitation) with new penny gulp shrimp on it. He caught three and I caught two. I really prefer using the spinner baits and I've never been outfished when I'm using it, of course, in this instance I was outfished by someone using one. Hoping to get out Tuesday so I'll see you out there luceror.
