Word on the water is that Wingate's Lodge on Lake Seminole is for sale. I've heard 450K is the asking price. Worth looking into.

It will come with several cabins, motel, the campground, restaurant, store and boat docks. I don't know the value except that its less than their asking price, but a whole lot more than $75,000.
