St. Marks 1/4/17

Post by randymullaly »

Fished St. Marks yesterday. Launched at the Fort. Ran up past the power plant to the third bend in the river. Water temp still a little too high. 65.5 in the A.M. Ran out to long bar and threw everything we had from top water, gulp, spoons and live shrimp. Ended up with 2 short trout. Not complaining. Always just thankful to be on the water. Just thought there might be some who would like the update on the river. As we all know who fish there, the fish are either there or they aren't and water temp plays a huge role!
