Fished levy bay today from 11-4:30 on the tarpon 16. Low tide was at 11. Hardly any water to work with found some deeper water (3ft) around 12:30-1pm and fished a drop off from a sandbar. Anchored and casted up current and worked my swimbait off the bottom. Caught 7 redfish. It was super windy all day, anchor came in handy .

I'm always hit and miss with Levy Bay. Last time the wind got to me too bad and I vowed never to fish there again, haven't been back since. Nice fish.

Nice red. Do any of you kayakers ever try Dickerson Bay? I pier fish there and it always looks good but never dropped a boat in it.
