Charter advise please!

Hoping to set up an off shore charter for grouper for the first week of April. Understand it needs to be in Franklin, Wakulla, Taylor, Jefferson counties as the season opens on 1 April in these specific counties. Hoping for a recommendation.

But correct me if I am wrong but it will still have to be within state waters. Just making sure you realized that. Hard to really get on the grouper and not go farther south.

I agree. Just thinking that the drop off increases as you head West so perhaps might be an option in Franklin County waters.
