Wife had the day off, so we went-a-fish'in. Launched at 9 on falling tide and went toward Dekle, not much happening up there. One keeper flounder, a blue, and many big ladyfish.
East wind was terrible, so moved from there about 1 PM and moved back towards Keaton. Wind shifted back from the west and it got better. Caught about 10 trout with 4 keepers and a big BSB. Wife caught 2 sharks on live bait and we kept the biggest one. That crazy fish made 2 runs around the boat before we could net it. She had fun, was tired after that. 4 trout, 1 flounder, 1 blue, 1 shark, 1 BSB, and 2 big spots. Made it to the landing about 4:30 and ate at legendary Deal's Oyster House for supper. Good times and a great meal!
One side note-we saw a fella standing on the tip of a boat fishing, suddenly there was a commotion over there and we saw him swimming back to the boat. I'm sure he fell out, and they left right after that. It's not a good idea to stand up there when it's very windy like yesterday, I'd hate to see somebody drown like that. Yall stay safe and have fun!

A day on the boat and a meal at Roy's makes for an excellent trip even if the fish don't bite!
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

That's what they said, Tabb. Then we danced the Cotton-Eyed Joe and ate some awesome mullets.
