There sure are alot of St Marks River questions

...and here's mine lol! Are the mullet as still and calm up the entire river from the Newport Bridge as they are at the bridge? Ya'll will think I'm lying but after my original plan today was sabatoged by a tree across the road I decided (more like lied to myself so I could be home before dark lol) that I didn't want to clean a bucket full of bream anyway so I went to the bridge just to see if any mullet were hanging out. There were about 20 there and I kid you not I hung every one of them on a little piece of worm and I lost every one of them on a little piece of worm. By the last few I was setting the hook with all my power. I turned the heads of some of them but ploop...the hook came out just the same.

I've heard of there being places where the mullet chill out for whatever reason, and I've even seen that YouTube video of those 2 guys catching like 40 off the bank of the river whose name escapes me at the moment (Suwannee, Withlacoohee...1 of the ones in that direction) where they were like that.

I've never put a boat in anything west of Natural Bridge. I've been all up and down that section of the St Marks which of course has no mullet, the Aucilla and Wacissa. I've rarely seen a mullet in either of those 2 rivers that wasn't traveling at warp speed. The few times I did I caught some so I hope I'm on to something.
