Following a recent speed study, the Florida Department of Transportation plans to decrease the speed limit on U.S. 98 (Coastal Highway) east and west of Spring Creek Highway (County Road 365) in Crawfordville.
On June 13, speed limits will drop from 60 mph to 55 mph and from 55 mph to 45 mph. Drivers are reminded to pay attention to the new speed limit when traveling.

Looks like speed limits will be dropping soon on 98 near Medart, for those of you that travel it often.

The FSP will get you in Panacea if you are speeding, watch there as well.

The FHP likes the little speed drop area at St. Marks Refuge as well. I think they like to ride the coast instead of Tallahassee.
