Aerator Pump Recommendations?

Post by dbplug »

I am on my second Atwood A750 pump in a KW 1720. First one lasted 14 mos. Second one lasted 2 trips. I can hear the pump running, no water.

Anyone have a recomendation for a very good qaulity, dependable, high end aerator pump. It is so aggravating that price is not an issue.

Thanks in advance.

There are an awful lot of Atwoods out there. You may have already done this but if not... make sure the pickup line is clear of any obstruction and also check to make sure that when your running your not draining the livewell causing the pump to run dry.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

DB, there's been a lot of floating grass out there. Half the trips I've been on lately my aeriator sucked up grass. Try running high pressure through the line from the well, and blow it out backward. Worked for me.
What was I supposed to do today?
