(2) Custom HST Rods
50-100# parabolic glass / E-glass blanks - Aftco Roller Guides – HD Aftco Top – Alps Long #2 Curved Butt – 5’1” blades / 7’ Overall Length (standing up). 50-100# parabolic blanks. I’ve had these rods for a long time and have used them for DD, HST and planer fishing. I used 150# braid and 80-100# mono on them. They would also make good wireline rods. Great action on these. Very sensitive but very strong. General wear on the finish but nothing that affects performance. Two small epoxy spots on one of the grips. I was going to use heat shrink x-wrap over them but haven’t had the chance to get to it. One of the butts is brand new. The other has a couple of trips on it as I let a buddy borrow it. $350 for both. The butts alone would run over $225 if purchased retail.
(3) Shimano TLD 50LRS
Older reels. Functional. Smooth Drags and gear changes. 1 may need a bearing (it does not feel right when reeling at about 20+# of drag. No rod clamps. No line. To be completely honest I can’t remember which one felt like it may need a bearing so $425 for all 3.
