It is the ResQLink+. I bought the unit brand new 2 years ago and have not replaced the batteries. Luckily, I have never had to use it but there are buttons and lights for you to test to make sure it works.

Mine is registered to my name and boat. Maybe because its an ACR (same company that makes epirbs) they register it with boats unlike most PLBs.
