Mexico Beach mid week trip 6/13

Went buddy boating with a friend to make sure his “new” used boat did not give him any issues the 1st time offshore.

Hit the water around 7 and caught our live bait at Bell Shoals and headed west 7 miles. 1st keeper came from my friends boat, a 24” gag. Then it was snapper, kings and AJs the rest of the day.

Every drop, it took less than 20 seconds to either have a fish hooked up, or your bait gone. No big snapper, but plenty of 20” fish. This was the 1st time getting into the AJs and the kids had a good time with them.
