fly fishing
Hey, does anyone know where I can take fly fishing lessons??
Why take lessons- get yourself a good book on the subject, then get out in the backyard and do what it says. Believe me, you will wrap the line around your head a few time, but in no time you will be doing it like a pro.
Here's a book recommend by several people who bought it.
"The Complete Idiot's Guide to Fly Fishing"
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/ ... ct-details
It's amazing what you can teach yourself, if you try.
Good Luck

If you are learning how to fly fish I highly recommend asking someone to help teach you. It took a long time to correct 35 years of bad habits when I finally did take an "improvement class". Ask Mike at the Flyshop Tallahassee when the next class will be taught or call Jim Penrod. Jim is a certified casting instructor and currently the only one currently in town who has taken the Master Casting Instructor tests. Jim often teaches for the Flyshop. Have fun
