Those roller net boats are the ones who desstimated the mackerel population on both the east and west coast of Florida. :smt011

And yet they continue to tighten restrictions on recreational fishermen.

That's more fish than everybody on this forum will catch in a lifetime....and they say recreational fisherman deplete the resources......
