Hard to say, to me it looks like the worms you see in red grouper. They are black/dark green. Not the same as the white worms you sometimes see in trout( intermediate shark tape worm). I’d cut around it and eat away

If you want to know for sure, one way to find out would be to send a piece of the tissue to a veterinary pathologist.
