I detail boats for a living and I have used most of the chemicals listed above.....however, there is a chemical mixture that I have used that works better than any of these for removing water stains from the gellcoat and it doesn't require the use of rubber gloves. I can make 1 gallon of it concentrated for about $10. It's enough for me to do my boat about 5 times. If anyone is interested, let me know and I will get it to you for my cost.

Sno Bol works good as long as you apply a coat of wax every 2-3 times you use it......just a tip.
