Keaton 11-13-04

Post by JimR »

Met my wifes sister and BIL at Keaton about 7:00 am. Headed south, fished in 2-4 ft of water. Water was pretty slick all day. Caught a few short trout and some sea bass. Finally about 1:30 BIL puts a 17'' trout in the box. My turn. In about forty minutes I caught a 22.5'', 23.5'' and my personal best 25'' trout. All caught in 2.5 ft of water on a pink swa, no cork. Using a new Shemano Compre rod / Curado super free I got last week in Savannah. All in all a good day on the water

 Good report JR! A 25" trout is worth the trip any time :D
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
