Per vessel. Guides cannot catch a limit on payed trips .
No winter closure Probably the best time to protect them.
What a joke. Maybe time to look elsewhere to fish.
Alabama has 6 fish. 15 -22 in. 1 over per person.
They say this is to replenish the stock ?
When is last time you seen the recreational fisherman’s bag limits go up ?
