I fished all day in steinhatchee, so far its been just a little wind and rain

Well, I'm sitting here near Lanark on the coast and the storm surge is up and the winds are very strong and steady, but nothing worse than a bad thunderstorm, except it doesn't end.
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

I spoke to the folks at panacea marina and they said the surge got ankle high. Saw some pics of st marks that had water to the steps at cooter stew cafe. It was supposed to pass quickly, but seemed to have staled out and the eye is still not on land

Had about a foot of surge in steinhatchee, caught 6 keepers this morning

Based on yesterday, surge must have pushed all the fish onshore at shell point, still a beautiful afternoon!
