hey all I’m looking at buying a house in the big bend area hopefully in the Keaton beach or steinhatchee area. The only must haves are water access that is reasonably easy to get in and out of. If you guys/gals see anything out and about that looks good send it my way!
Thanks!

You might want to PM Barry Bevis, he is the site coordinator and a realtor.

Re: Buying a big bend house
Barry went on a few trips with me and got a feel for what I wanted by looking at them with me. We had a target for what we wanted and it was moving a bit as we looked at places. I was searching sites as well and found a perfect location on a Sunday online. I called Barry first thing Monday to tell him about my find. He said "oh good, you got my email". I said "what email?". He had found the same place that I had and knew it would be perfect for me and had emailed the link to me. We got it two years ago and he was a great asset in our search. Honestly, the first realtor I had every worked with that actually really listened to what I said. Could not be happier with the search and the place.
