Fishin "not catchin" from all over the place

Post by wevans »

I hit the water at just before daylight at Bottoms, boat was lifting 1/2 foot off the trailer and setting back down at the ramp :o I shoulda just pulled back out then  Tried the flats around Bottoms real quick ta see if they was biting "NOT" then ran "sorta" over to Oyster Bay and tried a 32 foot hole I found that's surounded by Oyster Bars "NADA" tried several other spots with no bites also! water temp is 61 thrue out the bay and they should be finding the deep holes close in any time now  back home at 10:30 "it just weren't no fun out there" and changed out the salt for fresh rods and away again :-D figured the water would be getting low any time :smt011 it never got down to a normal HIGH tide at LOW :smt010 I think it was just ment ta be that the fish would not "keepers anyhow" be caught by me today :smt012 Still beat the heck out of workin though :smt023

Most appreciated!
I've heard about that deep hole and I've thought about finding it. I'd ask you where it is but if I knew where it was I wouldn't say much.
I can find it.
And, come January, when my report don't say anything about where I was...
