I haven't been out as recently as you, but given my past few trips I'd say 50+ miles. Granted, I haven't been out of Carrabelle in a while, just St. Marks. Carrabelle usually clears up a lot quicker.
Was going this friday and saturday, just wondering, when you say clear water, what kind of vis are we talking outta St Marks , say, in 30 to 40ft of water ? and does anyone know if the water temp is still holding around 72 ? If getting wet is out, i have plenty of bait and rods, i'll just go hookem ! thanks for any help ... frank
The water temp today 22nd was 68.9 on top about 15miles outta st. marks. Vis?? didn't dive. Thermo was at 10' on depth finder. Don't know which way, but I've been hearing there is a reverse thermo right now.
