I see you're a man of culture with that bluefish

What you got against blues lol? Bleed them soon as caught and cut off the red meat and they are delicious. Now I don't eat mullet.
Nothing, I do the same, but some get judgemental
I do like some fresh smoked mullet

Lol some folks can't eat any fish with a stronger flavor than flounder. Myself I love Spanish and blues. We got some mullet dip at Kathy's but....It had bones and scales in it. Tasted good until.

What yalls preferred cooking method on blues? I’ve never tried one, but some folks love em.
I like to fry them with Louisiana fish fry, in the blue bag with a catfish on it. To me they have a great flavor(if bled immediately, iced down well and red meat cut off)
I have only fried them as well, I don't even worry with bleeding them, just cut the red line out and put them in the grease. I have not tried them on the Blackstone yet
