Cast net for shrimp

Any place good for shoreline casting for shrimp this time of year?

Was hoping for a little input on this. Always been interested in capturing shrimp in cast net. For what it's worth, the alligator point area has always seemed to be the go to around here. Lots of submerged obstacles to wreck your net though.
