Guide for 11 near Panacea?
Three families of friends are bringing our kids down from Illinois next week to a rental on Bald Point and are looking for a charter who can handle a group that size. We have 5 adults and 6 kids (6yo-10yo) who would be interested. Are there any guides in the area who can work with a group that size?

It'd be worth checking with Capt Asa of angry fish inshore, he can't hold that many but he's offered before to book multiple boats for customer trips

With eleven people, you might consider a head boat.

If you want a guide for inshore fishing, try Shell Island Fish Camp in St. Marks. The guides might still use pontoon boats for trips on the flats, but 11 on 1 boat is a lot of people.
I also like Captain Mike McNamara in St. Marks for inshore fishing. I think he has several boats. He used to have a 24’ skiff for flats fishing.

I appreciate the replies here. We probably will be texting some captains in the coming day or two as we travel down. Our group is churning through a couple choices of how we organize the week. We may end up doing a smaller group with a captain and then find a fishing pier for all the kids to get the experience.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Bald Point has some good shore fishing as well!

Good to hear it.
We are renting a place near the beach on the East side of the peninsula. I plan to throw a rig way out into the surf, grab a chair, and call over the kids whenever something bites. Bringing the kayak down too so if you see a big guy in a kayak in trouble come help.
