Ok....I fiddled with that tiny tim tab behind the propeller,
and now the boat pulls to the right when I accellerate. I understand a little bit shoud be expected, but it's pulling much more than I would prefer.
If I were standing behind the prop, which way should I turn the tab to reduce or neutralize the pull to the right?
Thanks-

If you are looking down on the top of the cavitation plate, turn it counter clockwise.
What was I supposed to do today?

Looking at the motor from the back, mine is just to the right of center or counter clockwise looking down from the engine to the foot.
Then again, your front end may be out of allignment

There's nothing wrong with the steering he has. I replaced it about 18 months ago. But, it isn't no feedback.
MJ, what you're feeling is prop torque. Trim it up a little and most of it goes away.
