Stripers the fish.......... not the girl

Post by ctarpontime »

I'm new to area "Destin" from Tampa "gonna miss my snook" I was wondering if any one could help with the areas striper fishing. I have been on the net now for what seems like a week "2 Days" and I cant really find a whole lot, now I know that time on water + money = fish. I'm just trying to speed the process a little, being as that I will be driving a pretty long distance to get there.

Thanks

Sorry about the long post [/b]

Stripers

To my knowledge....ain't much...Lake Seminole....the Aplachicola River....Flint River and the Chattahoochee River are going to be your best bets in this area for stripers. Below the dam at Seminole has record catches every year...stripers and hybrids.
There is little saltwater striper fishing. :D

If you go to the top of the page, use the "search" facility and type in the word "stripers", you will find quite a lot of useful posts from the past.
