Wife and I hit the ramp at 0 FOG thirty, about 7:30am :o extreme low tide. Saw some guys pushing a big Grady out of the mud right at the ramp, another beached boat just around the corner after the pier. Idled almost all the way to the last channel marker then headed south. Visibility less than 75 yards. Water temp 65.7 degrees. Fished in 3-4 feet of water with swa's in pink and green shades and a slow sinking twitch bait. Wife put the first keeper in the boat around 9am. She put the last one of our limit in the boat at 12:35pm.( I'll let you guess who caught the other 8  ) Only caught two shorts, no sea bass or any trash fish. I did see pinfish a couple times. Fog still the story of the day, seemed to be worse than the morning. Thank the fishing God's for GPS and compasses. Found our way back to the channel and idled all the way back in. Good day on the water but the fog was enough to make you a little nervous about someone running over you. Still hadn't burned off when we left the ramp. Y'all be careful if you go !!

Good report JR. It aught to make some of the inshore boys happy to hear you found a bite.
I rode over Panacea way yesterday and stopped by the Mashes Sands ramp to see what was going on. 'Talked to a couple of guys briefly, who were rigging for the road and they said, they didn't do any good. Lanark had a fair nbr of trucks w/trailers parked, but haven't talked to anyone who went out of there.
Also, there was patches of dense fog over the road and out over the bay in places between here and the Ochlockonee bridge. Guess it (the fog) will clear out of here in a couple of days, when the wx cools and the wind picks up.
