Put in at the public ramp at 8:30 a.m. and eased down the canal. Had to run clear to the No. 1 channel marker to find some water to run in. Fished from Dark Island to Big Grass Island until 4:30 p.m. Ended the day with 6 keeper trout , 19" - 21", caught on top dog jr.'s and catch 2000. Had the most luck between Big Grass Is. and Piney Pt. in 3' of water. Also caught 1 -16" redfish on a top dog jr. up against the shoreline east of piney pt.

WTG Birddog... and a very nice job sharing the information.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

Crystal clear, Chalk! Reminded me of St. Joe Bay. At 10:00 a.m. you could actually hear the fog coming to us from the southeast. (I'm sure it was the wind.) Visability was about 100 yds until around 2:30 or 3:00. It was kinda eerie, but somewhat relaxing beacause it was so quiet and peaceful.
